The table 3
- .Speed is a meaused by time and the rate of distance
- Instantaneuus Speed. the object doss always go the same speed .
- Average Speed is total distance cover by total time.
- Velocity is the speed and the direction that object is going.
- Constant Velocity is that constant speed and constant distance .
- Changing Velocity is the velocity that is changing .
Hot Wheels Scientific Method Lab
A question I had On which surface will my Hot Wheels car roll furthest after going down a ramp: 60 grit sand paper, carpet, or cedar fencing? My research was base on how fast the car go, how hard and solid are on each track and how many times I tested it .
My hypothesis is that the carpet will go the furthest because it the smoothest.I thought that since the wood was to ruff and the grit on the sand paper would stop the car . Also the wood is was spade different so every time you let it go it would randomly go to the right or the left . The sand paper had a ruff surface and could the car slow down and soon stop it .The experiment was to see on witch track will the car go the furthest the Procedure is to let the car go at the top and test it three times on each track.
My analysis was base on results. I have this first the carpet was straight and so the car when no better then 96mm , The wood made it go faster but the ruffness of the wood made it go in different directions and made it go off the track, And final the sand paper was ruff but not as ruff as the wood so the car was more straight so that why it go the best results.
